Stow's Survey of London, 1970

For sale is a very good copy of Stow's Survey of London, which gives an in-depth description of London in the Elizabethan period. Printed in 1970 as part of the 'Everyman's Library'. Hardback. 533 pages. Has a description of John Stow added into it on the inside of the front cover, and a cutting of a modern advert for an 18th century pamphlet has been added to the inside of the back cover. Very clean and in excellent condition.
