Includes a handwritten note from publishing director Krystyna Green, publisher's press release, and two proof dustjackets (which differ from the final published version). Also included is a first printing of the published novel, inscribed and signed by the author to title page (jacket has a small tear to foot of spine, otherwise excellent).
