Peavey CM1 Handheld Vocal Condenser Microphone
Peavey
The Peavey CM1 vocal condenser microphone can be set up to record oi the studio or taken on stage for studio-grade live sound. This model can handle a maximum sound-pressure-level of 136 decibels, so as well as vocals, it can be used to mike-up guitar amplifiers and even drums. Meanwhile, the -43dBV sensitivity treats vocals to detailed sound that never gets lost at lower volume levels, and the cardioid polar pattern retains focus, ensuring that the sound remains unhindered by background noise. This Peavey designed mic even features an integrated pop-filter, so wind-noise and vocal plosives are suppressed before they even reach the mixing desk and an internal shockmount system effectively counters handling noise. The Peavey CM1 condenser microphone is hooked up via a XLR cable and can be powered by standard 48 Volt phantom power.
