While the Lindell Audio PEX-500VIN gives you a lot of that much-applauded Pultec equaliser sound, the PEX-500VIN pushes things a touch further. It may come neatly packed in a 500-module and essentially does the same thing, but this sweet twist comes backed up by an OPA1731 amplifier that lays down a deeper vintage flavour. Besides that, this equaliser provides everything you would expect: shelves, boosts, and support for the much-loved 'low-end-trick'. The frequencies for the various filters are not exactly unlimited, but just like the original, offer a carefully selected range. Basically, if you can afford the added vintage-value that this module offers, then it's more than worth adding to the chain.
