It's not broken: when your stove arrives, you may notice a place that looks like rust. It is simply an oil that has not been fully charred. With regular use and maintenance, the stain will disappear. If you notice rust, simply rub the affected area with steel wool, rinse, dry and rub with vegetable oil.
