The pan for boiling and simmering liquids or making sauces. Diameter: 20cm Heavy duty steel cookware with aluminium layers for quick, even heat distribution. Steel lid with glass viewing hole. "Stay Cool" handle. Patented ceramic titanium non-stick surface allows use of any utensil (inc metal). GreenTek coating free from PFOA and PFOS chemicals. Suitable for all stove-tops (including induction!) Pan and lid fully ovenproof to 260 degrees Celsius. Made in Denmark
