The coatings antistatic function helps prevent static \nelectricity from attracting dust and other particles, which can easily \nbe blown off the filter when they do adhere.\nSIGMA has \nchecked the compatibility of all SIGMA filters with all SIGMA lenses. In\n addition, SIGMA has confirmed that these filters allow light to pass \nthrough evenly throughout the image, from the centre to the edges. All \nSIGMA lenses in its new lines are checked with SIGMAs proprietary \nModulation Transfer Function (MTF) measuring system (A1)* using \n46-megapixel Foveon direct image sen.
