The finish appreciates long aging in oak barrels, of which there is a mild and pleasant scent. AGED TO PERFECTION: Aged in oak ex-bourbon barrels to gain an excellent complexity and perfect flavor profile. This light brown rum distilled from fermented sugar cane syrup and aged three years in Columbian oak barrels. PERFECT FOR SIPPING OR MIXING: Excellent for mixing. It works equally well in cocktails and mixed drinks. It has bottled at 40% alcohol by volume. Pair it with seafood or chicken. It also holds its own against tropical flavors. Enjoy!
