Domaine Joost De Villebois
The Domaine Joost de Villebois, Pouilly Fumé is pale yellow gold in color, with on the nose orange blossom, lime, a bit of freshly cut grass as well as some notes of iodine and flint. Medium-bodied, with notes of lime and lemon pith, some herbaceous notes, a touch of saline, earthy minerals, followed by a bit of white peach with mouth-watering acidity and a moderately long finish. Pouilly Fumé is renowed for producing balanced, structured Sauvignon Blanc. J. de Villebois has selected the grapes from vines planted in limestone and clay soil. 12% Vol Kosher.
