A balanced, complex bourbon with a rye-based mash bill – believed to be Buffalo Trace’s Mash Bill #2 – rather than a rye. Confusingly, the company does also produce a kosher rye! The Kosher range are annual, post-Passover releases crafted in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council, aged in barrels designated exclusively for kosher spirits. Bottled at 47% abv.
