Soft, well-integrated tannins lead to a long, polished finish. At 13.5% alcohol, it is incredibly versatile. Enjoy at 15–18°C with grilled red meats, lamb curry, or hard cheeses. While delicious now, it can develop further complexity with short-term cellaring. Best consumed within 3-5 years of the vintage. Contains sulfites.
