FULL OF CHARACTER: Elijah Craig is the signature Bourbon bearing the name of Reverend Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer who is credited as the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels. HERITAGE: Elijah Craig is made by Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky, the only heritage distiller producing every major style of American Whiskey. TASTING NOTES: Rich maple syrup sweetness, candy apples and caramel; maple syrup and apple pie. Soft and warm, chocolate and cocoa, with a peppery note at the very end.
