The record/s has/have been professionally cleaned unless brand new. I have tried to picture all my records accurately. I have not awarded a mint grade to any of my records; NM is the highest, unless sealed. Even then the sleeve may not be Mint. If the record has not been cleaned prior to photographing, it will be cleaned before I send it out.\n \nI am not able to play test all of my records all the way through, but I do play a sample of each record and certainly if there are any scratches, so that I can check to see if the record skips or what the affect of the scratch/scratches is, and award the record with a grade.\n\nIf a record has a slight warp that doesn't affect the playback then I will grade it as VG+, even if it would otherwise be near mint, but I generally won't list a record if I perceive it to have a warp.
