70cl / 42.90% - This five year old rum by Panama-Pacific is made using freshly distilled sugar cane molasses. Aged for three years in ex bourbon casks, it is then transferred for a two year finishing period in roasted Canadian and Tennessee rye barrels. A very pleasing sipper, this would go very well with a good pressed apple juice and a wedge of lime.
