The compact EMG HB active bass guitar pickup was originally designed to kit out the headless basses built by Steinberger with a P-style pup with a more slim humbucker housing. This model has been set up for four-string instruments with a 2 inch/50.8mm string spacing and delivers the tight and powerful sound of a ceramic core.
