The majestic aged satin brass lion head door knocker from Castelion\u00AE is known world wide as the number 10 Downing Street door knocker.\nUsing an original door knocker to create the pattern, it has been possible to make the iconic brass lion knocker, rich in design, exactly as it was made in the Regency period.\nThe lion\u2019s head has been a welcoming symbol on front doors for 200 years!\nThis brass door knocker measures 230mm (9\u2033) in height and 120mm (4 3/4\u2033) in width, with a projection from the door of 50mm (2\u2033). The approximate distance between the top two fixing holes is 120mm (4 3/4\u2033), and the distance from the bottom fixing hole to the hole in the center of the striking plate is approximately 80mm (3 1/8\u2033).
