The CMT 191.008.11B is a solid carbide upcut spiral flush trim cutter with a 6.35mm cutting diameter, 25.4mm cutting length, and 6.35mm shank. Its super-micrograin carbide formulation delivers a higher transverse rupture strength than standard carbide grades, making it notably more resistant to chipping under demanding feed conditions.\n\nThe upcut spiral geometry shears material cleanly along the grain whilst simultaneously evacuating chips away from the cut zone. This reduces heat build-up at the cutting edge and allows sustained operation at high feed rates without loss of surface quality.\n\nA double-bearing configuration provides continuous reference contact against the template or workpiece edge, keeping the cutter parallel throughout the pass and eliminating deflection on curved or irregular profiles.\n\nThe cutter is suited to machining centres, CNC routers, point-to-point machines, and hand-held routers fitted with appropriate chucks or adaptors.
