Its four-insert configuration delivers a clean, flat finish at the base of each cut, making it well suited to spoilboard preparation and face-surfacing operations.\n\nThe cutter accepts four-sided super micrograin carbide inserts, each indexable to present a fresh cutting edge when one face wears. This insert system offers a more economical running cost than equivalent brazed or solid carbide spiral tooling, as worn inserts are replaced individually rather than the full cutter body.\n\nCompatible with softwood, hardwood, MDF, and particle board.
