The end connectors are non-swivel and non-rotating. Perfect for use as a lead-in or leader hose to reduce stress or vibration normally associated with rigid piping. Note that the outer diameter of a 1/4" male NPT fitting is actually 0.54 inch. So, its outer diameter is about 0.29 inch larger than its “name.” NPT fittings are slightly tapered so the 0.54 inch diameter is the diameter in the middle of the threaded portion.
