We designed our version of the skid plate by extending it rearward. That extra section covers more of the chassis, protecting it from harmful rocks and debris. The rear gearbox screws now support the lengthened skid plate as well. We\u2019ve also eliminated the front M3 x 14mm button-head screw as integral to the skid plate design. Eliminating that screw allowed us to change the shape of the skid plate for additional durability.\n\nAs an added bonus, we incorporated three low-friction skid rails. These rails make transitions over tall obstacles easier and less likely to stop you in your tracks.
