This set is complete and comes with the original instructions but no box or extra pieces.The set is in a very good played with condition. Minor wear and the odd nick here and there.The instruction books have wear to edges corners and spine. Turning of corners and creasing. Some nick type rips around some page edges. A few minor rips along spine. Overall not bad condition.The photos of the built model are of one of the three models you could build with this set. The last photo is a stock photo and shows number 2 of the houses you could build.
