The set is in good used condition. The outer box does contain wear and tear. The set is incomplete and missing a few pieces. It will come as pictured boxed with instructions. \nThe pieces missing include; 1x white ring, 2 x yellow rings, 1x roof light, 'Police Sign' with blue lights, 1 x rod, 1 x yellow mug, 1 x figurine (with life jacket - only hat included), 1 x yellow truck light - it has been replaced with a clear one, 2 x red and clear bit, satellite dish has been replaced with a black one but other parts are missing.
