HAT Industrie 1/72 WWI French 75mm Cannon with Late War Crew\n4 Guns & Crew\nModel Kit\n20 mm Scale\n \nRef : HAT8161\nBrand new and unbuilt. \nThe Canon de 75 modele 1897 was a French quick firing field gun used by both the French and Americans in WWI. The weapon also saw service in the early part of WWII. It was the first gun to introdcue a hydro-pneumatic long recoil mechanism which kept the gun's trail and wheels static during firing. As a result it did not require to be re-aimed after firing and was capable of firing 15 rounds per minute over 5 miles delivering either shrapnel or high explosive shells. \nThis kit comes with four 75mm Cannons and Limbers as well as 12 figures for each gun in a range of gunner poses.\nIdeal for wargaming or just building for display.
