The Signature series is Paiste's top line, produced by craftsmen in Switzerland. In that series we also find the medium-thin Mellow Crashes, made from the special Proprietary Signature Bronze. These cymbals have a sound that fits the name exactly, warm, low and full, with a washy stick sound. They do give an immediate response and die out quite quickly. This makes them ideally suited to less loud styles of music. This model is the 17-inch variant.
