This Duck Egg Blue Spectral Concentrate Colouring from Sugarflair can provide an infinite range of blue-green shades. Used sparingly, you can achieve the most delicate of colours, while adding more gives you darker colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with. For best results add a tiny drop at a time (end of cocktail stick) to build up to the colour you require. Can be used to colour sugarpaste, fondant, icing, royal icing, buttercream, marzipan, modelling paste, flower paste and more. The Spectral Concentrate Colours can also be mixed with rejuvenator spirit to made edible liquid paint! The possibilities here are endless! Please note, for every 1kg of cake decoration, you should not use more than 2g of colour.
