The CD version presents the previously unheard, two hour concert in its entirety, over an hour of material not featured on the vinyl edition! Pandit Ravi Shankar was a sitar master and pioneer; widely credited with popularizing sitar and Indian classical music in the West. Through his association with George Harrison, he also popularized the benefit concert with Concert for Bangladesh in 1971. Earlier that same year, Ravi Shankar performed a morning concert in his home on Highland Aven;
