During testing, there was rattling inside, and upon opening the shell it was clear that some internal plastic had snapped. It also appears that someone previously attempted a repair, as there were loose internal parts found inside.\nAfter reassembling the controller and removing the loose pieces, all buttons, triggers and analogue sticks are working as they should.
