Doorly’s 5 YO is a true expression of classic Barbados aged rum. Aged for 5 years in ex-Bourbon casks on Barbados and bottled without any sweetener or flavourings added Amber, with a complex, dried tropical fruit nose. A vibrant entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, toasted coconut and oak notes. Finishes with a fruity sweetness and warmth, but has a balanced lingering taste with a butternut vanilla finish. A versatile rum for mixing or sipping. Great in a long drink with ginger ale, or used as the base for cocktails Aged for a minimum of 5 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, one of the few remaining independent family owned producers in the Caribbean. The Distillery has been the International Spirits Challenge (ISC) Rum Producer of the Year four times, in 2016 through 2019 and the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) Rum Producer of the Year in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
