Doorly's 3YO is a Barbados rum that has been aged for a minimum of 3 years in ex-bourbon casks before being filtered to remove colour Fruity and aromatic aromas with pineapple and other tropical fruit notes. A fresh and fruity palate with hints of coconut leading to a swift and clean finish. An ideal mixing rum for all the classic rum cocktails. Makes an absolutely fantastic Daiquiri Charcoal filtered to take away the colour but leave a dry, yet soft and flavoursome rum with a delicious, creamy character. Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, one of the few remaining independent family owned producers in the Caribbean. The Distillery has been the International Spirits Challenge (ISC) Rum Producer of the Year four times, in 2016 through 2019 and the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) Rum Producer of the Year in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
