Made from a blend of 90% Espadín and 10% Barril agave, this mezcal from Banhez offers a floral character along with notes of pineapple, banana, millet and chocolate-covered hazelnuts. Produced by a cooperative of families in San Miguel Ejutla, Oaxaca, this is made using traditional practices passed down through generations.
