The HMC472 is a wideband 6-bit digital attenuator with an attenuation range of 0 to 31.5 dB and a typical step error of ± 0.25 dB. Adopt QFN surface mount package, uses single power supply 5V, working frequency range from DC to 3.8 GHz. Suitable for a variety of RF and IF applications.Can cascade several LNA modules in order to improve gain, easy to use. Insertion loss is less than 2.0 dB (typical) and IIP3 is +54 dBm.
