This liquid media extractor lid has been designed to provide a sterile environment for media extractions without removing the lid – ideal for liquid cultures or spore solutions that can be extracted using a syringe. A Luer Lock is available for a screw connection with any Luer Lock syringe. Standard mason jar lid with 0.22 micron syringe filter to deliver filtered air intake, while media is drawn from the bottle through a silicone tube at the bottom of the jar. The suction tube is equipped with a check valve to prevent the solution from returning to the bottle and to eliminate air bubbles. All parts are removable for necessary cleaning. Glass not included
