After trying several of her \""grooves\"" I had to buy this DVD. I am really enjoying them and so glad I bought them. I find that each time I do one of the workouts, I am enjoying it more. It can be a little awkward at first but once you get the hang of it, you are able to fully enjoy each dance. Each workout is unique and offers something new.
