Based on Seymour Duncan's original 'stacked' single-coils, this model features custom Alnico 5 magnet poles and a unique coil configuration that fully supports Yngwie's virtuoso playing technique and helps deliver a perfect mix of round sound and clear articulation. This hand-built bridge pickup has also been specially developed to guarantee forceful chords and a tight response with just enough trebles, where the sound is never too sharp or too shrill. What's more, the additional coil windings result in extra fiery tone, where the bottom coil injects negative hum into the circuit to counter any and all noise.
