It comes with the complete manual and case matching classics disc. Experience the start of Master Chiefs epic saga.\n\nThe item is overall in great condition. There is some warping to the case sleeve where a price sticker likely used to be. There are a couple of minor slits on the spine and back of the case. Otherwise the case and sleeve art are in good condition. The manual is included and complete. It has some warping so doesn't sit completely flat but is otherwise great. The disc looks good. On closer inspection (see photos) under direct light you can see many small imperfections and scratches on the discs surface. These however are unlikely deep enough to prevent the disc from being read. I popped it in my original Xbox and the game loaded up fine.
