Corgi Diecast Model\nOriginal Omnibus Company \n\nOM42404 - Leyland Leopard / Plaxton Panorama Coach\n\nMidland Red\n\nLimited Edition \n\nMint in Box\n\nCorgi Toys was\ncreated by the Mettoy (\""Metal Toy\"") company, who decided to produce a\nrange of diecast toy vehicles as competition to Dinky, which had dominated the\nBritish market for many years. \""Corgi Toys\"" were introduced in the UK\nin July 1956 and were manufactured in Swansea, Wales, for 27 years before the\ncompany went into liquidation.\n\nThere have been several changes of ownership over the years, but the Corgi brand is still around, having been acquired by Hornby in 2008. Model buses have been a regular feature of Corgi's releases over the years, and Original Omnibus Co. is a sub-brand of Corgi which aimed to produce the most accurate diecast replicas possible.\n\nThis model was released in 2001. It depicts a Leyland Leopard coach with Plaxton Panorama body in the livery of Midland Red. It carries Fleet No. 6238,&nbs.
