For optimal results, NeoNitro can be used alongside MICROBACTER7, REEF BIOFUEL, KATALYST, and NeoPhos to establish the desired nutrient content in reef aquaria, which is essential for improving the health and coloration of aquatic inhabitants. It is advised to maintain a ratio of nitrate to phosphate between 20:1 and 100:1 for optimal macroalgae growth; for instance, a nitrate concentration of 2 ppm should be paired with a phosphate level of 0.02 ppm.
