75cl / 56% / Holmes Cay - The famed Long Pond distillery has produced this Jamaican rum in a copper pot still and matured it on site for 15 years. There are aromas of banana, pineapple and ginger, with hints of tobacco on the nose, complemented by notes of white pepper, clove and more tropical fruit throughout the palate.
