Storywood Tequila
Storywood Tequila is a range of multi-award winning super premium sipping tequilas, and the only range of tequilas in the world fully matured in either whisky or sherry casks. Tasting notes: sweet honey and caramel merge with cherry and dark fruit notes for a radically rare tequila, with a cask strength kick. Live Free, Sip Slow: best enjoyed neat, on ice, or with a drop of water. Heart of Mexico, Soul of Scotland: aged in handpicked Speyside whisky barrels from Dufftown, Scotland and Olorosso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, for a minimum of 14 months, this tequila has double the oak and a truly unique taste that has to be tried to be believed. Made from 10 year old 100% Blue Weber Agave in the lowlands of Jalisco, steamed to perfection in traditional brick ovens and fermented using only natural yeast. No sugars or additives are added giving our tequila an all-natural taste of agave and oak.
