Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon and first-fill sherry casks, this striking release, hailing from Bladnoch distillery in the Lowland region of Scotland, is named for the Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude. The whisky pays homage to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, as Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation. Bottled at 46.7% abv. Expect aromas of sweet floral grass and boiled sweets, before flavours of fresh green apples, chocolate and hints of pepper on the palate. The finish is light and refreshing.
