BLEND & VINIFICATION: A vibrant Brut Cuvée blending Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier from 100 crus, aged on lees for 3 years with 20% reserve wines. TASTING NOTES: Pale golden in colour with notes of almonds, fresh hazelnuts, pear, and apple, with a delicate citrus hint and beautiful balance at 12% ABV.
