On the nose, it is described as very expressive, with aromas of fresh red fruit and strawberries, leading into a palate that’s thin, fresh and elegant, with a sense of balance. Made from grapes harvested at what’s described as perfect maturity, the fruit is scraped and trimmed before fermentation. Fermentation takes place for 6 to 12 days at a regulated temperature.
