The STAUB "La Coquette", a vintage-design enamelled cocotte, perfect for cooking and presenting one-pot dishes like roasts, stews and casseroles at the table. The cast iron construction makes sure second helpings are piping hot whilst the high-handles give an easy grip. Ideal for searing and slow cooking of roasts and whole chickens. Juicy and tender cooking result thanks to the lid. The matt black inner enamelling is ideal for particularly crisp searing and is especially durable. Suitable for all types of hobs, incl. induction, can also be used in the oven/grill. Capacity 2.35 litres. Serves 1-2 people
