The essential Emile Henry pie dish makes pies beautiful and delicate. Performing from cooking (up to 270 °C) to presentation, our HR ceramic pie dish releases heat evenly while cooking, gently. Slightly butter the dish before putting the dough in to ensure easy release. With its very resistant enamel, all uses are allowed! Cut food directly from the dish, repeated use in the dishwasher, and even clean with an abrasive sponge! Like all Emile Henry products, the pie dish is made in our workshops in Marcigny, Burgundy and has a 10-year guarantee.
