RESIKOOL is a combination of mineral carbon and denitrating resins.It purifies, clarifies and absorbs nitrates from aquarium water. It also eliminates chlorine, odors, colors (e.g. tannins) and various pollutants.By absorbing nitrates, Résikool helps limit algae growth.It can be used in both fresh and seawater.Directions for use: place Résikool in a net, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water before placing in the filter, after the mechanical filtration mass.Do not use Resikool if you are taking medication.Shelf life: up to 3 months in freshwater and 2 months in seawater.Do not use for more than 2 to 3 months, as previously absorbed substances may be released.
