Distilled from Fijian molasses, it's initially aged for around three years in the tropical climate in bourbon casks, before it's sent over to France for a secondary maturation in French oak for a year. A spicy, creamy and tropical affair, and a sure fire way to taste a sense of place. An excellent sipper, and it certainly stands up to being used in all sorts of cocktails. Plus, look at that iguana on the label. What a cheerful little fellow.
