Juniper Decadence is a homage to the juniper trees grown in Charentes, having been aged in casks made from juniper wood. The gin itself features the signature 19 botanical recipe from Citadelle, and spends a month in those casks, developing a very subtle smokiness alongside the bright, herbaceous gin notes.
