Calvados crafted on the Dupont family estate which has been aged for around 5 years in oak barrels before bottling Sweet and soft with notes of juicy apple, almonds and hints of vanilla and cut grass Can be served in a long drink over ice and topped with tonice water Also makes a great digestif and can be used for cooking Domaine Dupont control every aspect of production from tending to the orchards right through to bottling- to ensure nothing but the finest Calvados is bottled under the family name Double-distilled in pot stills before being aged in new oak barrels for 6 months to impart flavour before being moved to older casks to mellow and develop for many years
