Measuring instructions: Place the string or ribbon around your head about 3.5mm above your ear, in the middle of your forehead, going all the way around your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Basically, you should measure your head exactly where the cap sits. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
