RAPID INDEXING AND POSITIONING: Vertical and horizontal universal indexing heads are one of the main accessories of milling machines. They can be used for indexing drilling, milling, circular cutting, boring, and countersinking on milling machines. When used in conjunction with the tailstock in a vertical position, they can also perform circular indexing drilling and milling on more complex workpieces. HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL OPERATION: The spindle box of the milling machine's indexing head supports both horizontal and vertical operation. Therefore, different sized materials can be processed by changing its angle, improving operational convenience. STABLE SUPPORT:Employs a new spindle locking system. Compared to the traditional double-sided pressure plate type, the new spindle locking system provides stronger locking force and more stable cutting. PREMIUM MATERIALS: Constructed from high-strength FC30 cast iron, these heads are robust, durable, and have a long service life, making them suitable for cutting and segmenting operations on milling machines or other machinery. CLEAR AND HIGH-PRECISION GRADUATIONS:The worktable features 360° graduation lines, a graduation ring with a 1' value, and a vernier ring with a minimum differential value of 10". The rotary worktable is equipped with a brake indexing worm gear disengagement mechanism.
